Interview with Wendy Brache from “Authentic Life/Wendy Brache Blog”
“Authentic Life/Wendy Brache Blog”

My ultimate goal as a writer is to show that we’re all “in it” together. Modern motherhood can be an extremely isolating job, and we are all going through the same stuff.

I have been a published writer for two years. I write two weekly columns for a newspaper, have been featured in national and international magazines and work heavily in the marketing content/business writing arena.

My website and blog are all about daily life, being a parent, a wife, a friend, etc. This is the fun, creative side to my writing world.
Then, of course, there’s the business side…

Like they tell all writers: write what you know.
A recent quote from this month’s Esquire said, “The problem with too many writers is that they give us what they think we’ll like instead of giving us the best they’ve got.”

Yes–

Yes–

Not really

I have a desk in my kitchen.
The kitchen is pretty much where I spend my life.
Maybe I should put a cot in there, too.

I write all day/evening for work and business purposes, and blogging weaves in and out throughout it all.

Just started–
Google reader is one way–

Word on the street…Wall Street Journal…periodicals…
It’s hard to remember life before computers, isn’t it?

Oh man, that’s a tough one! I’d have to think back…give me a second…wait, it’s coming to me…
Nope…no idea…

Laughter, my kids, my family.

I own wendybrache.com and wendybracheblog.com.

What I find most interesting is how one finds their perfect voice in a sea of millions.
