There is so much misinformation and misunderstanding about how our food is produced, the good and the bad about technology. I want to use my scientific background, my place in the ‘alternative food’ production system and my experience as a rancher to help bring some light to the subject.

My main business is our family ranch; Wild Type Ranch. We sell pasture-raised natural angus beef and raise registered Red Angus and Black Angus cattle.

I see connections and commonalities across geography that isn’t always apparent. I also feel supported in the crazy dream of leaving the corporate world to ranch with my kids and husband.
