I began blogging as a discipline for my writing, but I’ve found it to also be helpful in other ways, too. But most of all, I really enjoy it.

I’ve been blogging regularly for about eight months.

I blog about daily life as a mother of four children, wife, my work (writing), my role as a pta president, my role as an Odyssey of the Mind coach, and other random items. My most popular segments are probably my ‘Redneck Tips’ which include ‘Redneck Parenting Tips’ and ‘Redneck Entertaining Tips’ including recipes. I’m not really a redneck, but I find that some redneck shortcuts are helpful.

My favorite blogs all belong to my writer friends, it seems, although they don’t write that much about writing.

Just do it. It’s therapeutic, fun, and rewarding in many ways.

Yes. I would like to expand my contests, blog parties, and other interactive elements. PLEASE participate!

Yes, many of them.

I blog daily, though the time varies, and I blog from home.

Oh, my goodness. I hate to even answer this question. Probably at least 2-3 hours a week.

No, I usually get blogs by reference or on websites.

A friend of mine moved out of the country and began a blog.

My daily work and the idea that women everywhere are struggling and triumphing in the same way. We have a shared experience.

Blogging has helped my discipline as a writer. It has definitely affected and improved my voice, and it has led me to write in other genres.
