“My Many Colored Days”

I began blogging as most women do, to fill the void of journalling. I began to find a groove, however, and my voice as an inspiration to other women/moms took over.

I just hit my one year mark!

Yes they do. They do not always comment, but will tell me they enjoy my writing, which amkes me feel good… that real people get what it’s about.

My inspiraiton almost always comes in the morning… my mind works best when I am doing a zillion other things. Go figure. So, I keep a pad of paper exclusively for blog ideas, and I jot them down as they come to me throughout my crazy day. The best time to sit down and blog out my ideas is either in the afternoon during my youngest two children’s naptime or in the evening after my entire brood has been tucked in.

I followed a crowd of friends into the blogging world. You know, safety in numbers! Lol! Really, though, it was nice to step immediately into a ring of newcomers. We are a great support to one another!
