I blog because with all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I found I wasn’t connecting regularly with the women in my life. I find blogging to be a way to share my thoughts and make new connections.
The idea was conceived in December 2007 and I was online shortly thereafter.
I’m passionate about the earth, our health, our choices, and how they are related.
