I blog because:

1. I know there are many families going through similar struggles and its comforting to share experiences.
2. I’m not always so good with spoken words. I think and write a lot more than I’m comfortable saying.
3. I like to keep it updated so people can see whats going on with us and I don’t have to constantly repeat myself.

I started blogging during my son’s first stay at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I was lonely, scared and had a lot of feelings to get out.
