smitten blog designs started last summer, 2008, when we searched the web over for free templates to use on our own personal blogs and couldn’t find anything that didn’t look totally computerized and impersonal! We started designing our own templates and then put them all in one place so that we could share the love of pretty blogs with others!

One of our current favorite blogs (that we have a link exchange with) is Little Birdie Secrets. They have such fun tips and daily do-it-yourself ideas.

We also love the budgeting ideas and coupons we find at The Bargain Jargon! Check them both out!

We love getting emails and comments and are always up for any suggestions or ideas for new blog designs! We try to incorporate colors, styles or layout suggestions from all our wonderful readers so come on by and drop us a comment!

We gather inspiration for our blog designs from everything–seriously, everything. We’ve created designs from photos we’ve taken, stuff we see in nature–even from notes scribbled down while walking through the mall! Design inspiration is all over if you keep your eyes open to the beauty of our world!
