The Adventures of Mr. Busypants

I started anonymous blogging on Xanga in 2004 right after Mr. Busypants was initially diagnosed with what would eventually be labeled as autism. I was pretty wrecked about it and needed a place to vent. Soon I found myself writing about all the quirky thing my little guy did and I always referred to him as Mr. Busypants.

I blogged for several years, then took a break when I got pregnant with Miss Chattyshoes. At the beginning of 2009 I decided it was time to get back into blogging, so I started the Adventures of Mr. Busypants.

Absolutely. The more, the better. I will always comment back.

My Facebook friends (I only FB with people I physically know) can’t wait for my next post.

Too many to name. Leave me a comment and I’ll be sure to visit your site. If I like what I see, I’ll subscribe in Google Reader.

My faith in God, my husband and kids, and the many wonderful people I know. I love having down-to-earth, honest and authentic relationships with people.

I also blog at The Writer in Me – Teaching, Writing, Living. I talk a lot about the goofy things that happen with my students and about wrting in general. It’s all me.

I love writing and I firmly believe in only publishing my best writing on my blogs. You won’t find my daily to-do lists posted, nor will you find out how many times each day I use the bathroom. I only post 2x per week on each blog so that I can devote my time to posting my stories and so I can spend time weaving together tales that will keep you laughing hysterically and rushing back to my blog often just waiting for my next post.
