Blogging is usually my “me time” that I don’t get enough of during the week. One of the main reasons for my blog is that I like first hand accounts of products and services before I actually decide on a purchase. I felt that I could also share my own experiences and insight about products and services in hopes to help others make a wise decision with their buying dollars. I also love connecting with people from all sorts of walks of life and am fascinated by things we have in common even if our lives are vastly different.

I started blogging late August 2008 and have been addicted ever since!

I normally blog about first hand experience about products and services and host blessings (aka giveaways)! I love being able to give back to my readers. They are all so special! Coming this new year, I want to expand on sharing more of my personal life on there so my readers can meet and know more about the “person” behind the reviews.

Wow, there are so many that I love to read and I wish I had time to read them all every day! I have several on my sidebar that are excellent and love supporting!

To be honest and be yourself and to have fun! Blogging is for you and it shouldn’t feel like a chore or something you’re pressured to do daily. Interacting with your subscribers/readers is a must too! I am learning how I can do more for them and still enjoy what I do at the same time without sacrificing my family life.

I have limited time when I do blog but I do enjoy getting to know my readers and visitors. I love getting to know my visitors and subscribers and try my hardest to make time so I can interact and form friendships with my readers.

Yes, they read it even though they don’t actively participate in it. They all live close to me so they usually know everything about me or what’s going on with me daily without having to hop on my blog.

You can find me at Mommies n’ Babies, MomDot, the Classy Closet, Mom Bloggers Club, to name a few. I love getting to know all kinds of Moms and these forums are a great way to connect and form friendships on a more personal level.

I usually blog at home on my personal computer although I find myself constantly thinking about ideas and content running through my mind at all times of the day no matter where I’m at and keep a mental note to include it when I do have the time to sit down and blog.

Way too much! I honestly can’t keep up with the hours I do spend reading and writing. Writing is one of my lifelong hobbies and I do it every chance I get, even while I’m nursing my sweet baby or holding any of my other darlings on my lap while they’re doing school work. The bulk of it is usually done before anyone gets up in the wee hours of the morning so I can focus on it without any disruptions.

I usually find awesome blogs through referrals, blog hopping, different forum and networking sites, and Twitter. It’s amazing the talent and interests of others and I can never find enough blogs that fascinate me.

I have been a member of a mommy forum for several years where we were introduced to blogging by another member that joined. Even though I didn’t start blogging until that member was no longer part of the forum, I probably would have never thought about doing so I give her all the credit. I’ve had personal friends who did blog before this but I never really gave it much thought or pursued it until now.

God and my family is what inspires me the most and makes me who I am. People who aren’t afraid to stand up for what they believe in and for the right thing also leave a profound impact on me.

My husband and I run a successful real estate company team in our area and the main website for that is DustinRenner.Com Home Selling System. We do have blogs associated with the site but they are a work in progress right now.

Blogging has made me much more aware of how big the internet world, social media, and blogging community really is. It has opened my eyes and has given me the chance to have me put myself out there and step out of my comfort zone and given me opportunities I never dreamed would be possible.
