I want to encourage other moms that are in a similar situation as I am. By choosing to be a single-income family we cannot afford to go out and buy whatever is the trendy style without paying so much more. So, I have spent the last 5 years getting creative with my money and now I am sharing those things with other moms that want to be stylish, yet modest and creative without breaking the bank.

I just began blogging this year.

Fun projects, where to get modest and stylish clothing for moms and kids, sewing ideas for the home, going green, eating healthy on a budget, gift ideas, how to throw a modern baby shower, daily life, homeschooling, and anything to do with homemaking.

Absolutely…I LOVE the comments and I LOVE commenting!

That is my biggest audience at the moment.

Usually after the kids are in bed, around 8:30. Always on my laptop, while my husband is on his laptop, and at a table or desk.

I try not to spend more than an hour a day doing either. If I spend an hour reading one day I’ll spend an hour the next day on writing…no reading on those days! There is just NOT enough time in a day.

I have a good friend that was blogging, years ago, on a local rock band’s website. She actually got to know the band members personally through blogging, and now that band is VERY famous!

The Holy Spirit is number one, then my family, and my friends. God’s creativity in this earth is such an open doorway. I love seeing His work in the earth and getting inspired.
